All bookings and appts must be made via email or phone call. We always respond to emails within 24 hours.
If you have not heard back please call.
In order for us to remain flexible, please respect your appt times & be here at that time. We ask that you notify us with at least 12 hrs notice of any changes to drop off or pick up times.
If you are not here at your scheduled drop off or pick up time (or notify us of changes in advance) an additional day’s rate will be applied to your bill. Some exceptions will be made for emergency situations only.
If someone other than yourself will be picking up your dog, arrangements need to be made ahead of time.
Boarding Rates
1 Dog $39 / Day
2 Dogs $70 / Day
3 Dogs $90 / Day
Training Rates
Hourly $120 + GST = $126
Weekly $800 + GST = $840
Monthly $2200 + GST = $2310
Multiple dog rates apply to dogs sharing a kennel.
Charges will apply to the time booked if dog is picked up early.
Half day rate applies if picking up before 12:00 or dropping off after 4:00. (ONLY IF PRE-BOOKED)
We accept cash, cheque or etransfer.
Etransfers are accepted if sent in advance, please let us know at drop off time if you want to make arrangements to pay by etransfer.
Prices are subject to change.
Your dog MUST be on a leash when dropping off -- no exceptions.
All dogs must have proof of current vaccinations/documentation, including Bordatella (kennel cough) -- no exceptions.
Before boarding, discuss any medications, special needs or problems your pet may have. There may be extra fees associated with this.
